Arctic Logistics Architect
Expedition Strategist

Henrik Lassen is the founder and leader of Arctic Capacity, bringing more than 30 years of experience from operations across the Arctic.

He develops and directs logistics operations and expeditions in some of the world’s most demanding regions — always guided by collaboration, innovation and respect for both the mission and the people involved.

With a background in the Sirius Dog Sled Patrol, Henrik has developed a profound understanding of the Arctic’s rhythm — its vast distances, unpredictability and the importance of trust between people.
He has since led more than 50 expeditions and field projects in Greenland and North America, where experience, planning and adaptability must work in perfect unison to succeed.

Experience has taught him to view logistics as a living system — one in constant evolution, where technology, people and nature must remain in balance.
He continuously transforms observation and experience into more efficient, sustainable and practical solutions — driven by a persistent curiosity to rethink how Arctic operations can be conducted better, simpler and with greater respect for the environment.

Henrik views challenges not as obstacles, but as catalysts for progress. His long-term vision is to create a more integrated approach to Arctic logistics — one that connects experience with innovation, and where every operation expands our collective understanding of how people can work, live and explore responsibly in the far North.

For Henrik, Arctic work is about connecting the details to the horizon — combining insight and imagination to shape the next generation of Arctic capability.
